As a member of the Application Support team we provide customer service, technical troubleshooting and resolution to internal and external parties.

This position will collaborate with various IT teams to address complex data, logical, system and process incidents and requests.

Work with various stakeholders in IT and business, to solve incidents that arise. Participate in projects to implement a new EDI solution. Contribute with analysis, requirements, design and development.

Performs Service transition, incident management, problem management, change management, and release management across multiple technologies relevant for maintaining support for applications and EDI maps in scope.
