Job Description

Responsible for the overall customer relation management between GBS and all Customer stakeholders . Promotes GBS operating model and services to Sandoz. Facilitates and follows-up the overall engagement between Sandoz and GBS Service Groups. Ensures delivery of the required service quality to customers, establishes and keeps tracks of SLAs and addresses all KPIs issues with customers along with the Function Heads. Acts as the 'Single Point of Contact' or Go-To person for all matters dealing with Sandoz stakeholders inside as well as outside GBS.Responsible for creating a detailed knowledge base of Sandoz organizations, business priorities and needs.


Responsible for driving the optimal uptake of the GBS Service Catalogue from Sandoz stakeholders to deliver on quality, time and productivity targets.


Takes initiative, ensures organizational buy-in and defends them efficiently so that they are implemented and actively manages the transition of these projects from Sandoz to BSCs.
