- Privileged incumbent should come from TOP 20 Business schools of the country from 2011 - 2015 batch and should have a history of working in FMCG setup . A blend of sales and marketing would be best bet for the role

- Achievement of top line, market share and bottom-line targets for the

Development of marketing objectives - short term & long term :

 

- Developing and implementing

communication, activation, media plans, PR initiatives for the
brand

- Liaison with
advertising

/ media / PR agencies to prepare detailed marketing communication

 

- Liaison with trade / rural marketing teams to decide & roll-out

Strengthening

- Developing consumer / segment specific initiatives to drive equity
